Most of the items on this website are kept in stock and as soon as payment has cleared your order can be dispatched and delivered to you within 2-3 business working days.
If items are out of stock we will advise you of this by email and depending on manufacturer it can be anything from 7-28 days. All orders are sent in plain packaging, please not that for delivery purposes our return name and address will be shown on the back.
If you are ordering multiple items and you find that some are in stock and others have to be ordered, we will send in-stock items as soon as payment has cleared for delivery. We will not make a charge for the second delivery. (You only pay a one off delivery charge for the whole order)
If for any reason you need your lingerie for a certain date, please let us know at checkout.
