All Orders will be sent by Royal Mail (Recorded Sign for) prices are as follows:
UK Orders £5.00
EU orders outside UK £7.00
International Orders £20.00 (Estimated delivery is around 5-10 days) Once parcel has left UK it will then be dependant on the relevant country's postal service.
All postage charges are non refundable on returns unless the items are faulty or if the wrong item has been sent in our error.
Returns Policy
Our priority is to make sure that you are completely happy with your purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights should you wish to exchange or refund your money. Should you wish to return the item(s) for any reason, the following conditions apply:
Please return item(s) within 7 days for the UK and 14 days for EU and International. Failing this we are prevented from processing any exchanges or refunds.
Item(s) must be returned unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging. Please take care when unpacking and repacking so that any returns are sent back in the condition in which they were sent. We cannot accept returns where labels have been cut off.
Please make sure that when trying on briefs they are tried on over your own underwear. We cannot accept returns in a soiled condition.
We will not accept any lingerie back for refunds and exchange where they have been washed.
Refunds and exchanges will be made within 3-5days of us receiving the item(s) to allow for inspection.
We recommend that you send by an insured sign for method and retain proof of posting. We are not responsible for items that go missing in the mail.
Refunds on fragrance items will only be made if they have been damaged in transit or has not been opened and returned in its original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened hosiery unless faulty.
When returning the item(s), please make sure to include your order number, name and address.
Refunds will only be made on the cards that were originally used. We will not make any refunds to a third party.
We will process your refund or exchange as soon as we receive your returned goods. Replacement item(s) which are in stock will be dispatched within 7 working days. If your chosen replacement item(s) is out of stock we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
